Introducing our Baby to Semi solids whilst in the process of weaning can be a little problem because sometimes we really do not have Many options on what kind of meal to prepare for our baby or better still sometimes our baby is not obliging to eating these meals but I will be sharing one of the meal I made for my Baby and I hope yours loves it.
Easy to peel and prep, bananas are the ultimate weaning staple. Plus, they provide bags of energy & are easy to mash on the go.

1 small banana Ingredients
Peel a small banana and mash with a fork. 1.
During the first stages of weaning, add a little milk if necessary to thin down the consistency and add a familiar taste. 2.
Serve with breast milk or formula if serving as First Foods Breakfast.
